Overthinking

Many overthinkers struggle with fixations that involve high levels of self-criticism and repetitive thoughts that are difficult to ignore. These thoughts often refer to ideas about what others think and believe about you, about your own worth, and your own achievements. 

Overtenking

If you tend to overthink, you may know how disturbing it can be, and not least how annoying it is when someone tells you to just stop thinking about it. You know it's not as easy as just quitting!

  • Become aware of whether or not you can control what you are brooding about

  • Recognize and limit your "must" and "should"

  • Find ways to push yourself when the thoughts come
